At AppaeTech Pool Supplies, we want to ensure your pool remains crystal clear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused pool supplies in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to AppaeTech

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
